Reminds me of my great job in Dallas. 27 years ago. Doing designs for decorative guns and knives. Our big client was Buck knives.
The Dover Handbook of Ornament is a great resource for scrollwork.Solid rhythms in your notions in this piece.
I like the headgear on the rear face. Feels more like a war helmet than what's in any of the previous drawings. There's a nice interplay between the masculine/feminine elements.
Very Celtic!
