Underwhelming is the new exciting.
They'll have to have a good story with great characters. Right now they need better trailers. You can't have a trailer that is using a language of shorthand with fans. You'd be better off with type, narration and a close up of a power lantern.
The quick CGI of the monster head is interesting. I assume it's an Alien Lantern.
It's Kilowog, Green Lantern Drill Instructor and Master at Arms of the GL Corps.
