Drew This When Jeff Watts Was Downtown San Diego

Nhia was very unimpressed
The cartoon Color acrylic on this thing is the same I used for the Ape vs Batman
And when I say "the same" I mean the same squeeze bottle of color.

Well maybe this Nhia guy didn't know what the hell he was talking about.

Nhia was an impressive artist. Still is. Active as a concept artist. Very slick. I heard he made Watts jealous because Nhia really shaded Watts with his capacity for invention.
Horrible teacher. Had him for a gesture class. Where he saw my drawing/painting. Got my cat of 16 years from him. Honey. Almost forgot that. Brought her back to Oklahoma with me and buried her here a couple of weeks ago.

Point me to Nhia's website and I'll tell you if he's any good. All I get when I google "Nhia" is NHIA - The New Hampshire Institute of Art.

What's his full name?

I may be spelling it wrong. Pronounced Nee Ah.
Nghia Lam. He's good. Good modeler as well

This painting looks like early Marcel Duchamp...in stained glass. Looking at it becomes an act of interpretation...and then you see all the cool stuff. I love that!

Nghia...never met him. But I heard about him.
