Is the Ruffalo HULK closest to the Marie Severin HULK?

Yeah, I was seriously impressed with the facial animation on Hulk. A whole new level (now about those alien minions...).

Did any of you read the Jeph Loeb "Hulk Grey" series? I want to find this...Tom Moon, can you overnight me your copy?

It's funny because one thing this Ruffalo Hulk has going for it is the resemblance between actor and monster. Ed Norton, jr., however well he may have acted the part, didn't have enough resemblance to the monster (with Gamma Ray bombardment, you know he'd come out lookin' like THE ABOMINATION!)...same with whoever it was that played the first movie Hulk.

And Bixby? Bixby stands alone--until now.

Jeph Loeb is a douche bag and on my shit list for canceling Avengers, Earths Mightiest Heroes on Disney XD. Dudes in charge of Marvel animation now and he doesn't like LONG story arcs and wants to KIDDIEFY the marvel toons along the new Ultimate Spiderman show, which MANY hate. I mean COME ON, Spidey HAS a motorcycle that goes up walls and NOVA, POWERMAN and IRONFIST are HIGH SCHOOLERS going to SUPERHERO HIGH over seen by SHIELD. Dude needs to get kicked in the nuts FOR THIS.

The Hulk was definitely the best thing about the Avengers. Finally got him right, visually. Ruffalo's Banner was interesting. Not what I was expecting.

The whole family went to Avengers last night and fun was had by all. Tommy was ROLLING ON THE FLOOR with laughter at the Hulk/Loki meeting. I had a blast. That was a well oiled entertainment machine.
