I didn't know the Amish flew on planes!!! Nice sketches. The best way to kill time while waiting for your flight. How was the trip???

The trip was good. Except I sat next to Marty the entire way there. Actually Marty is a good travelling companion. In fact he's on his way to Italy right now. He and Blair will be celebrating their anniversary there.

Pixar is pretty special. Actually, I picked up on notion that Surf's Up has had a big influence on an approach that Pixar will be using in one of their upcoming blockbusters. Sorry I can't supply more details. It's enough that I know that you want to know.

What?! You guys where in the Bay Area and you didn't tell me!?

I'm guessing it was a pretty rushed, one day kind of deal...

definitely a one day kind of deal. Wake up at 5:30am , leave at 8am, come back at 6:30 pm. This involves several cab rides. Pretty exhausting without seeming like it ought to be. We could barely see the Golden Gate bridge. In fact, I'm not sure I did see it. Marty was pointing at it and I just said I saw it.

So Ellis, let me guess. They have declared a moratorium on penguins in any future Pixar films. No brainer.

yes, their next film is going to be about surfing puffins...
