Glad you guys liked it...I don't want to be one of those phony artists posting quality work with an insincere postscript about how terrible it is...but I had a hard time getting the girls to look like their real on-screen selves, and overall, the whole thing feels a bit soul-less to me.
So much great Disney "fan" art out there, this felt a little watered-down in comparison...my only defense is I was coerced into doing it!
HA! We did a Nielsen test screening for the new Tim Burton movie "Big Eyes" on the family Keane (who became a 60's sensation as a painter of big=eyed children). Such a great flick! Up there with Frankenweenie and Ed Wood. I am going to do a post about it ASAP!

If you call this wonky, I wish all my drawings looked as wonky.
What Tom said. Awesome painting/ drawing. Really like it all. The back ground reminds mew of the knocked out look of This Conan Cover
Posted my response on the post itself.
Jimmy, HA! That is really funny!

...maybe I just can't get comfortable with those crazily over-sized eyes.
I think the eyes are really Keane.

All the dising you are doing about your drawing Marty, you need to LET IT GO, LET IT GO!
Tom, said "Really Keane" LOL....luv da pun.
That sounds like a great movie. I like Burton when he's on a suburban scale vs being forced into spectaculars.
Beautimus! Simply awesome, Marty!
