Any relation to the Lealand that you guys used to work for?

Yes Leland was quite a guy. Imposing but just friendly and obviously enjoying himself. He was a bit of a legend when it came to craps when visiting Vegas for the tradeshows. That was the most explicit directions I got regarding him. Don't bug Leland when he's at the craps table.
He wasn't present much. He stayed in Texas and let John Rowe run things.
