Bankers

I've been drawing animal versions of bankers lately. Most of them have been very fat, but I thought I would go in a different direction with this one... it was too easy to think of a mole as fat. Also, I had just finished drawing a walrus banker who was REALLY fat.

Are you sketching these while waiting for a refinance? I like this guy. Maybe have a few worms spilling out of his pant legs. i think that's what they eat. What's this specific variety of mole? The rosey nosed mole? something like that.

Star-nosed mole, I think. Now that is one of the stranger things I've seen you draw, Rick.

Yup, a star nosed mole... I did it without reference.... now that I see this picture I know where I went wrong...

It looks like the nose is a tiny pink "Starro-the-Conqueror" head with eyes on a massive hairy body.

Starro the Conqueror. Hate to tell you Tom. I'm the only one that will get it

Photo reference is for sissies. Stick to your original notions!

And long live Starro the Conqueror.

Very interesting concept and choice of animals. Do you have any of the other banker animals posted somewhere so we can see them too?
