It was part of the big PDF preview of the big collection of Witzend. So it dates back to the 70s. It was issue 11. I've decided I don't want the anthology now that I've seen the preview with the contents. The sweet spot was issue 3 to 7.
I got it from Tumblr. I liked it as a cartoon of what Ditko was doing off the top of his head for Spiderman Villain design. I'm not sure of the artist's name. i liked his simplification.

Where did you find the Spurt Stalling page?

From the 70's--OK, I was thinking this looked a little randy, even for pre-code comics....
Funny, I was just reading Jimmy's "Art of Wallace Wood" book and it's got "Witzend" stuff in it...thank you, Jimmy, for giving me the book (WINK!)
p.s. he didn't really give it to me. In fact, he didn't even want to loan it to me.
...but what's the top image? A Ditko painting? Or a Goodson??

Jim is very dubious of lending his treasures.
Look for the new Spiderman trailer to feature "Elector" instead of Electro.
