You've got some cool looking stuff there Ellis. If you had a seller's booth at Comic Con, I'd visit it.

Thankfully Ben Montag sensitized me to the fact I might end up selling some of this stuff entirely too cheaply. I had start costs way too low and that might have been the last bid. So I upped the start up price on a lot of it.

Ellis should start a new career in marketing. The "You-Guys-Want-Any-of-This-Crap?" ad campaign could become the model for a new merchandising approach.

You're selling the FF9 art book??? Keep it! It's so cool!

FF9 has lookers and Half Life has bidders. About 5 to 6 hours left till I see if Ebay or I made a profit. What a screwed up situation. You must know what you're doing with ebay. No frills.

The post mortem? F' Ebay. The only thing I'll ever sell on ebay will be something semi high price. I just wasted my time selling books.

I just mailed the last thing I sold and realized with horror that I had lost money to pack up the book and pay for the postage.

I was only selling the books thinking I NEEDED to be in Austin for a variety of reasons. I just wanted to lighten my moving inventory.

However, talking to the realtor that sold me the place I'm in, I realized I'd lose money to move out of a presently comfortable situation. Plus I'm in the middle of a big market for my creativity. So I'm staying. In some ways I'm stuck.

But it focused me. Time to get a job, right where I'm at. I've been divided letting a lot of anxiety bother me about a move and what that would entail.

Plus I'm motivated to get a job again so I can have the disposable income that lets me get back to Oklahoma and see the parents. Who both are needing medical help for this and that. Thank God they both have excellent care. "Cadillac" policies as it's been coined of late.
