It's been awhile
Well it's been some time since I posted. Been working on a few odds and ends projects. Currently I was brought in on a tower defense kids game + E-Learning project combo. I didn't come up with the ideas for the game but did realize the characters final looks. I wanted to go boss badass on the looks but was pulled back on kind of cute look. If successful it may have follow on modules. Not a lot of $$$ but it's keeping my head above water, barely. Still waiting on another possible project in the summer, just waiting on the word for that. Yeah, I went to Wonder Con too.

Great stuff. I'm about to do something that, with any luck, will look a lot like your stuff. I'll be using photoshop pen tool, making shapes. That's the house method and I have to conform. Actually enjoy being given strict guidelines for how-to.
Looks like fun! Have you done much UI work? There's a HUGE demand for that in games right now.
Ugh... I had some technical difficulties posting tonight... All of my own doing. I was still signed in on my wife's blogger account (for posting on her cake blog) when posting on TAG tonight. Just ignore any comments from "Sue".
JIMMY!
Lookin' good, brother. I am glad to hear ol' man greenback is still wigglin' over yr transom every now and again and nestling into yr pocket. I expect he will become a regular visitor. Then you can start saving to book a trip to the next Emerald City Comic Con.
And I love when Sue posts here...especially about CAKES.
love the worm-y tail flap, BTW
Beautiful design and color; so clean!
Thanks all. Naw Rick, never done UI and in my experience now, not many willing to give a shot. Tired of hearing of "Must have at least 2 shipped games" experience.
I understand. There's also a big demand for Flash animators. Companies might be more willing to take a chance on a UI or Flash guy as they are harder to come by other skill sets like Concept Artist.
I dig your work, Jim. Really cool!
Thanks Ronnie, Now back to watching Bible epics on DVD for my Easter observance.
