Just Did This

Doing about three environment notions that are somewhat like a screen test for some freelance. Felt good to draw a little bit this morning. Quick nap, have some coffee and do the next two.
Coffee and this type of sketching don't mix. Better than Diet Coke though. Really glad I gave up that witches brew.

I'm typing to you folks from a new computer! Yay! Since my Tablet PC gave up the ghost and a cintiq has been collecting dust on my desk for about 10 months I thought I would finally get around to getting a new machine. I ended up with a gaming laptop 'cause it is powerful and has the graphics capability as well. It's going to take me a few days to get up and running (like updating PS... I think the version I've been using at home is CS3!)... I'll share any results I come up with here.

Congrats on the new machine. Power that cintiq up and get some double monitor action going. I finally learned the smart config to do with my little cintiq. Just one littel detail in the monitor arragement i had overlooked that now makes it a totally different way of working.
Talk about PS obsolescence. I have CS2. But glad to have it.

Gotta do some more. There is no official NDA for this.
But it's low exposure with just this group.

El! Love 'em, brother! You are a master at these enviro-design sketches. You do something a lot of yr peers fail to do--you get personality in there--little people, little
Stories, the sense of things about to happen or happening. Not just pretty pix and clever architecture.
