Did a sketch based on the Hello Kitty Vader link. Did a Pink Death Dealer at the top. It shows how bad ass Frazetta was, that you just can't foo-foo that character.
I liked the guy in the cowboy hat! Alot of subtle character to him. Well done. AND I liked that rail-thin soldier guy. Great silhouette. LOVE those high nostrils!
Alfred Hitchcock Presents is the source for the "cowboy" guy. He's a character actor named James Gleason that had quite a career. I mainly picture him from SUDDENLY. Where Frank Sinatra is trying to assassinate the President. And those are eyes not nostrils. Hope that didn't ruin it. Buncake , you have one other comment that didn't show up immediately on the last CORK. It needed moderation. An "outsider" comment. Tom, Lion Killer may become my second Storyboard Pro project. I'm right in the middle of turning Junkyard Split into these things... an animatic, a pdf, a portfolio piece.
I'm excited by the idea of Lion Killer as animatic vs comic book. Much more pitchable.
Oh, I've got to face up to the fact that doing a pink version sounds like a great idea up until the moment I sit down to do it and realize how much work it will be. I'll leave it to someone else. Must... go... nap... now...
Yep Rick. I used to have it online as a Flash page advance set up. After I'm done with it in storyboard pro it's gonna be a slick item. I'll put it on youtube and embed it here.
More than halfway through getting the rough imported and formatted

What's Junkyard Split?
Junkyard Split is my cartoon idea about some two dogs that used to be one dog, splitting the junkyard they inherited.
Lots of neat stuff here. Is the guy at the bottom of the second page supposed to be Wolverine?
Also Tom still needs to do his pink version of the Death Dealer (or whatever it was).

I'll do a pink death dealer. coming right up. Yes Deane, I was watching the new Wolverine while doodling. The Victor sketch is the most successful
I you have shared Junkyard Split with us before, yes?
Death Dealer still looks pretty intimidating even in pink.

Wow! The pink with green touches is gives it an otherworldly appearance.
OMG HELLO KITTY YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
Ellis, what Cork comment needed moderation? Was it here or at the Facebook site? What did it say and who was it from?
Buncake, it was for Cork35. It was kernpanik (?). And it only needed a permission to be posted. I don't know who it ids. The profile is bare
