I like the Mummy best too. I'm glad you have been showing us all your artwork lately. The last couple of posts have been especially enjoyable because they show finished work. You didn't used to post your personal work much in previous years. It's mostly been videos of upcoming movies and such. It's a whole new side of you I see and I think you are one talented guy.
I Like the new one. The Blade arm character. I also like the minotaur but I'm bugged by the right side arm. The hatching in the middle of the bicep doesn't seem to describe a form I expect. I mainly like the head and shoulders of the minotaur. Cool character. Seeing inks is rare around here. i like it.
Thanks everybody. Well being out of work and having the time I felt it was time to return to the traditional and share.
Ellis, your 2 CRITICAL!!! It was late lying on my back "sketching" on the sofa. These are very rough...not meant to be perfect. I just let the brush do whatever it wanted, they were not planned, just loose ideas. The minotaur guy is flawed "I know" but I kept going and got the idea on paper. Ok I busted yer chops fer fun. Ha ha.

Both have their merits. I like the Mummy best.

Yay for brush pens!
Plus I'm working to perfect a technique with the BP I like. So I'll try anything at this point.

These are all really good. The slasher lady's cosutume is interesting but kind of creepy (I keep seeing eyes on it.)
Thanks for the link for the pen. I like the way the brush pen lines look. You did pencil first and then went over with the pen, right?
I just did a real rough RED pencil sketch first then inked it with the flow taking me wherever.
You missed the last few numbers
