The brandest newest photoshop, inside liquify, has an auto smile maker. Creepy as heck. On the Twilight Zone masks I did two years ago, I used liquify to bring elements of the screen captures that weren't quite straight on appear as if they were. A friend who does wedding photos uses it to remove bulges on the wedding gown here and there.
Now about your changing the sex of a Frazetta butt...
It has already been called an "abomination of truth." It was interesting to dig into with my figure invention head and push Frazetta'a subtle pencil work around and not completely destroy the subtlety. Something while I was doing it, I had no plans to share it. But the result was weird and surprising enough I knew it would get a reaction.
