Well, for Mexican food I always went to Cocino De Mino. Looks like the old South OKC place is gone but they have a new location on S. Western. Dpn't know how the food is now but it was great when I lived there. Brent Purdom got me to go there.
FB group called Oklahoma Comic Creators. Got some talented people. Great network. I navigated to it from tweets by the Lady in blue. Kara. She had a successful Kickstarter I noticed as Oklahoma City based.
I went to the one last month in Edmond. It is good to have a network. There may be some drink and draw activity that comes from it. Supposedly the Oklahoma City fairgrounds has some sort of figure drawing I could check out. Gotta to get with the locals. They know things.

Hey, that is cool! I like that you are getting in some TAG-like activity in OK - and getting some hopefully legit Mexican grub at the same time.

I'll be going to this
I believe Bart Bush threw out an open invitation to artists for table space at OAF con. I took him up on it. Now I can't find when it happens.
The OAF con is usually around mid November. Last one (2012) was Nov 10-11
Looks like this years in Nov 9-10

Hey Ellis, who's that guy to your right that looks a relative of yours?
He's an artist named John Dabney. The only thing relating us is our respective awesome talents.
All Okies look the same. LOL!!!!
Hey Ellis, get your newfound friends to post some work on TAG. We could use some new blood!
I'll hotlink a typical offering from FB now and again.
I'm stoked to hear that you getting hooked up with a comic community there!
I agree... they are totally welcome to the pages of the TAG blog!
Why did you have to replace the previous photo? And where is the actual video located?
