Tuesday Sick Drawing!


Hey I missed the Tuesday drawing!! I was out with Streptococcus. Fun eh? So here's the sketch. It's a drawing of one of our directors from a story meeting.

That's just what I thought too, "Hirschfeld". I like how your work walks this tighrope between being a wild abstract scribble (!) and being a recognizable image. It's like you just have to throw something down because you have all this pent-up energy, then you decide what it's going to be.

Andrew Wyeth's loose watercolors do that same sort of thing. Funny, he always considered himself to be an abstractionist.
