A bit thanks goes to Jeff Murchie, who I consulted with and who had some excellent thoughts about the direction I should go with the bottom half of this guy. He also had the idea of the little sea creatures in the cavities in his body.

Something Fishy
So I started out with wanting to do a fish type monster, and not much else, and this is what I ended up with. I like his pose and his top heaviness. I only see one thing I suspect to be something like a pilot fish in a crevice. Are there more. That would make it a good Highlights FIND ALL THE THINGS illo. Find all the parasitc/symbiotic cuttle fish.
Yeah, I only made one... I wanted to make more, but then I would have filled the holes, and then he wouldn't have the holes in him, and I like the holes.
NICE! ! I liket the idea of the creatures that live within his skin. But it creeps me out just thinking about it. Creature of the Black Lagoon evolved!
Good drawing, but creatures living inside the crevaces... eeewww! Is this where fish sticks come from?
