I'm a big fan of both ends of the tight/loose spectrum, and you are talented enough to work both sides of the street successfully. Whenever I look at a Virgil Finlay piece, a thoughtful, meditative, almost religious feeling comes from the work, whatever the subject matter. That as opposed to a Jack Kirby drawing which always has that powerful, primitive energy, to it; every line full of action, it's like watching a street fight. Rather than looking labored, I would say your drawing looks "lovingly rendered".Tom Moonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11624247648988106639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19949517.post-60467148398009871782013-11-12T21:57:29.031-08:002013-11-12T21:57:29.031-08:00THIS is the greatest proof possible of the subcons...THIS is the greatest proof possible of the subconscious manifesting thru art.

Ellis sees Tom as the Hulk.

As we ALL do.Davis Chinohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16168954208679712542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19949517.post-83784055539658550172013-11-12T19:55:07.528-08:002013-11-12T19:55:07.528-08:001000 Year Old Hulk
